Dual RJ45 10GbE NIC Intel X540-T2 always disconnected

Hi, I purchased the NIC Intel(R) Ethernet X540-T2, for my physical  Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 64bit.

I downloaded the latest drivers from Intel today Release_29.3.1.zip

In config > Advanced, initially, the Speed and Duplex was auto-negotiate, status of connection showed 100Mbs.

I changed it to 1Gbs, it worked fine but as soon as I modify it to 10Gbs the NIC gets in "Disconnected" status and never gets connected as you can notice in the status in the enclosed snapshot.

Am I missing something?
