Hi,
I have 4 E810-XXV-2 NICs.
We have successfully upgraded 2 NICs with the latest firmware downloaded from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19626/non-volatile-memory-nvm-update-utility-for-intel-ethernet-network-adapters-e810-series-linux.html
The other 2 NICs are not getting detected and give an access error.
Num Description Ver.(hex) DevId S:B Status
=== ================================== ============ ===== ====== ==============
01) Intel(R) Ethernet Network Adapter N/A(N/A) 159B 00:001 Access error
E810-XXV-2
We have tried different OS combinations too:
Ubuntu 20.04.6
Ubuntu 22.04
Ubuntu 24.04
These 2 NICs are also not shown in the BIOS.
But when plugged with SFPs they have their lights on.
Do you have some solution to unbrick these 2 NICs?
Thanks!

To assist you further and provide a comprehensive update, could you kindly share the following details:
1)Clear pictures of the front and back of the adapter, including any label markings.
2)Information regarding the system where the adapter has been installed.
3)Confirmation on whether the adapter was included with the system or purchased separately.
