Hi wilvin0,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Regarding EEUpdate tool, please

open your FAQ link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000023048/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products...

And you may contact Resource and

Design Center for registration and access:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/resource-design-center.html

However, it is recommended that

you contact the board vendor or manufacturer since they made modifications on

the onboard NIC, the OEM board vendor is the best support channel to handle the

customizations that they might have made on the NIC integrated and to avoid any

warranty issue of the board in case there is.

If you have questions, please let us know.

We look forward to hearing from you. Should we not hear from you, we will follow up after 3 business days.

Best Regards,
