ERROR 10 and others installing drivers for Intel 82579LM

Hi all,

    I've lost the will to live! After days and days of trying to sort my Ethernet connection has anyone come up with how to get the 82579LM onboard running? 

Problems I get are Error 10, then when trying to install latest Win10 drivers an error saying no Intel components are located in this PC ! Um oh and cannot uninstall Pro suite. You name it I've had it! 

Has anyone at all got this flaming Lan Adapter to start working?

I'm running Win10 1903.

Asus told me onboard Ethernet is not compatible with Win10 just get a Network card (helpful not) especially when I've no slots left.

Pllllleeeeeaaaase help if you can.

Asus is right. I can't find driver for 82579LM compatible with Windows 10. However, you may try to install this driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25016/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-10 and see how it's working. Search the word "82579LM" in Read me file to see the restriction for your adapter.
