Hello everyone,
I am trying to connect my PowerEdge R730 to the internet with Cat 6 rj-45 ethernet cable running at 10 GB. I believe I have a 10GB 4P X710 SFP+ rNDC installed onto the powerEdge. Since I have SFP+ ports, I bought a Intel Compatible SFP+ 10GBASE-T Copper 30m RJ-45 Transceiver Module (LOS) from FS. However, when I try to run my powerEdge with the module, I get an error that says "The driver failed to load because an unsupported module type was detected." Anyway to rectify this? How can I connect my powerEdge to the internet with 10Gb?
Please ask if you have any questions.
Thank you.
