Ethernet CTLR Single Chip keep sending reset signal

Hi

i am using Ethernet CTLR Single Chip at my product

and there is some failure at my product come from this chip

i have debug the unit and found that it keep sending reset signal to processor chip

right now i am having trouble to found at which part that this chip decide to sent reset signal

need the intelligent from intel to help me on this

and i found the reset signal come from pin 17 which mark as pex_rst
