Ethernet Card Transceiver Modules And QSFP+ Cables Exact Part Numbers

Hello Everyone!

I am looking for information regarding the QSFP+ Transceiver modules and cables for the following NICS:

Card:

•  Intel E810-CQDA2 Dual Port 100G NIC 
  • Where can I find information about the QSFP+ Transceiver modules. 
    • Options and exact part numbers 
  • Where can I find cable information for QSFP+ Active optical cables 
    • Exact part numbers 
• Intel XL710-QDA2 Dual Port 40G NIC
  • Where can I find information about the QSFP+ Transceiver modules. 
    • Options and exact part numbers
  • where can I find cable information for QSFP+ AOC cables 

I have searched the intel site and have not been able to find exact information regarding the cables and transceiver modules. Again, I am looking for exact part numbers as I've already found incomplete information. 

Also,  has anyone found a source where to purchase genuine intel Transceiver modules and QSFP+ cables . If not, what brand(s) might be the most compatible; which folks have used before.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
