Ethernet Connection (2) 1219-LM was disabled at speed 1G or Auto Speed

Hi Sir,

We found 2nd port NIC card with Intel 1219-M was disabled speed 1G or Auto Speed after a short while. If I set the speed at 100M, it is running fine. Do you have any idea what the issue is ?
