Ethernet Controller X540 not accepting a 2GBps signal

When I install mt controller X540-T2 it was receiving 2 GBps  speed then quit now I only get less then 1 GBps.

Following is my setting on the board.

Link speed (Receive/Transmit): 1000/1000 (Mbps)
IPv6 address: 2600:8807:9104:8f00:8b2b:8800:4853:d0a4
Link-local IPv6 address: fe80::2afb:de96:fcc9:1f37%6
IPv4 address: 192.168.0.30
