Hello
I have a PC with an Intel Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X710 D4. Im using Windows 10 Enterprise.
Lately, Im having some performing and packet loss issue. Looking at Intel forum, it is recommended to install the latest driver. According with Intel page, the recommendation is to download the Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack.
The attached file Release 10.5 .zip contains the driver for most of the Intel Ethernet Adapter.
Can you tell me which exactly is the driver for the Intel Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X710?
Is it under PRO40GB folder?
Thank you
Dalia

Hello DaliaR,
Greetings!!
To assist you further with the issue related to your Intel® Ethernet Adapter, could you please confirm whether the adapter was purchased separately or if it came pre-installed with your system.
This information will help us determine the correct support path and identify if the adapter is an OEM (system manufacturer) component or a retail Intel adapter. Once confirmed, we can guide you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps and driver recommendations.
Looking forward to your reply.

Im sorry for the late response. For some reason my previous message was not sent.
The ethernet adapter was purchased separately and the windows 10 enterprise was installed separately.
I just need the driver for the board.
Waiting ti hear from you
Best regards
Dalia
