Hi JackGrimes,

Thank you for contacting Intel Ethernet Communities.

May I know what model of Intel Ethernet that you are using? Also, did you bought it with the motherboard from Asus?

From this page you can download all drivers for your board.  BTW, as you can see the LAN driver is for Realtek LAN rather than Intel's.

Hi JackGrimes,

Greetings! Thank you for contacting Intel Ethernet Communities.

Could you please confirm if you are using the card that came with the system or if it was an add-on?

If the card came with the system, you would need to contact Asus(OEM) for further support.

Regards,

Simon

@LeonWaksman, thank you for responding. I was about to post exactly that.

@Sazirah and @Simon-Intel, shame on you both; the first thing you should have done was look at the motherboard's spec sheet and answer this question yourself. I took me less than 30 seconds to do so.

Hi JackGrimes,

You may follow LeonWaksman's suggestion to visit OEM's website to get the Realtek driver since it is not Intel LAN.

For further information, we advise you to contact OEM Asus support as they will be more expertise in the product and will be able to assist you.
