Ethernet E810-CQDA2T NIC Card O-RAN Configuration Sending Control Plane and User Plane Method

Hello according to the NIC Card E810-CQDA2T it supports O-RAN Configuration in 5.7 of the documents, can you please let me know in this configuration how to send the control plane and user plane data through the GM and BC to RU with accurate timestamp honoring? Is there any software tool to send the custom C plane and U plane packets with timestamp honoring from GM or BC to RU?
