Hi Team
We using Congatec SOM (Intel® Celeron® N3350 (2 x 1.1 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 6W)) for our Project, We planned to do Ethernet Compliance Testing 100Base-TX & 10Base-T,
we need support to Generate below Patterns
1.Link Pulse
2.Pseudo-random sequence
3.All 1s or 0s
4.Scrambled idles
10Base-T | |
Test Name | Pattern Name |
Link Pulse | Link Pulse |
MAU | Pseudo-random sequence |
TP_IDL | Pseudo-random sequence |
Jitter | Pseudo-random sequence |
Differential Voltage | Pseudo-random sequence |
Harmonic | All 1s or 0s |
Return Loss | Pseudo-random sequence |
CM Voltage | Pseudo-random sequence |
100Base-TX | |
Test Name | Pattern Name |
Template | Scrambled idles |
Differential Output Voltage | Scrambled idles |
Signal Amplitude Symmetry | Scrambled idles |
Rise Time | Scrambled idles |
Fall Time | Scrambled idles |
Rise/Fall Time Symmetry | Scrambled idles |
Waveform Overshoot | Scrambled idles |
Jitter | Scrambled idles |
Duty Cycle Distortion | Scrambled idles or 0101 pattern |
Return Loss | Scrambled idles |
When we using a Ethernet Analyzer suggested below
If you are using a traffic generator to generate the signal, set the traffic generator to generate the signal pattern as listed in the table.
If you are not using a traffic generator to generate the signal, contact your PHY vendor for a special program to generate these patterns.
We can't Find Traffic Generator , Kindly assist us for getting Traffic Generator or suggest a way(register setting or any) to Generate these Patterns for our Ethernet Testing for 100Base-TX & 10Base-T for Below mentioned Inter Processor in Windows 10 IOT Enterprises OS
Processor : Intel® Celeron® N3350 (2 x 1.1 GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 6W)
Ethernet Controller : 2x Intel® I210 (Industrial) / I211 (Commercial) Gigabit Ethernet Controller with SDP support | 2x real-time trigger
