Hi,
We are facing issue in flashing NVME bin file to the ethernet controller I225-IT.
We tried both eeupdate and LANConfig tools method to flash the bin file, but both says successfully flashed. Upon reboot, we are not able to see the updated Device ID.
we always see the old device ID 0x15FD itself and it says empty flash once again, when we check with the lanconfig/eeupdate tools.
Also, the bin file downloaded from the intel website if for Device ID 0x15F2 which is forI225-LM but not for I225-IT.
Kindly help us to clarify these doubts and provide us the correct steps and bin file to flash the ethernet controller successfully.
Thanks,
Nagesh R

Hi All,
This problem was fixed and refer to the below ticket for details.
https://supporttickets.intel.com/s/requestdetail?id=5004U00001KdSkXQAV
Solution:
We need to download the lanconfig tool from the Intel RDC website.
Doc ID: 348742
File name: 348742_Quartzville Tools_710913.zip
we need to download the correct bin file( FXVL_0D9F_IT_2MB_1.94d.bin) from the Intel RDC website.
Doc ID: 615202
File name: 615202-I225-NVM-WW05-24.zip
we need to flash the bin file and after than power off AC power for 20 seconds and then power on the unit once again.
Thanks & Regards,
Nagesh R
