I keep getting the following event logged: any idea what causes this issue or what can be done to prevent it. *Note I do go through a firewall with this adapter.

Intel(R) Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter #2

Intel SmartSpeed has downgraded the link speed from the maximum advertised.
