FIT rate for KTI226IT SRKTX

Hi there,

 

I'm performing MTBF for our product with Intel PN: KTI226IT SRKTX is used on and I couldn't locate the Qual Doc.  I need at least the following info:

 

FIT rate and used temperature to derive to this FIT rate.

Activation Energy (Ea).  Normally it’s 0.7eV for integrated circuit…

 

Any pointer to this info is much appreciated.
