FTXL710-BM2 S LLK7 detection issue

Dear,

We are using FTXL710-BM2 S LLK7 device for PCIe to ethernet 10G two channel fiber optic application.

 

But the FTXL710-BM2 S LLK7 was not detecting. 3.3V, 0.92V and VCCA (is 0.98V) available. 

Please suggest on above issue.
