Hello rlaur7,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Based on the inv.log you have provided, we have confirmed that you are using HPE Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) version of Intel Ethernet adapter. For OEM version, we highly suggest to use the NVM update provided by your manufacturer as the NVM that can be downloaded on our site is intended for Intel Retail adapters. Your manufacturer might have customized drivers and software to enable or alter features, or provide improved operation on the adapter.

It was also indicated on the logs that the NVM Version of your Intel(R) Ethernet Network Adapter XXV710-2 is 7.16(7.10). It would be best to seek an assistance from HP so you don’t lose features or customizations of the Ethernet adapter.

Let us know if you have additional questions or clarifications on this matter.

We look forward to hear form you.

Should there be no response, we will follow up after 3 business days.

Best regards,

Crisselle C
