Full duplex mode doesn't work in I225-T1

Dear Intel support.
I use I225-T1 with HP Prodesk 400 G9.
I set I225-T1 as full duplex mode by using Adapter setting.
However, when I used windows PowerShell command "Get-NetAdapter", this command said full-duplex:False for the adapter.
Could you tell me how can I set full-duplex mode?
