The screenshot attached shows the PROSet version is 21.0, can you help clarify what is the exact version installed which has the garble since you mentions it happened on
version 20.7 and version 20.7.1.
Are you referring to both version 21.0 and 20.7.1?

Start from version 20.7 onwards has the garble issue, mean version 20.7, 20.7.1 and 21.0 encounter this issue.
