Has Proset Windows Device Manager been removed from latest drivers?

I have a NUC8i7hvk with the latest Intel Ethernet drivers but there is no Proset Windows Device Manager. Was it removed? The reason I asked is, that it had a help function where it described what each entry was and what it did. Is there an Intel Reference on I210 and I219 network adapters that describes what the various entries mean? I suppose that I could google each and every adapter setting but that would take a while. Any info will be greatly appreciated. TIA

Mike: your first link takes me to PROWinx64.exe which i have already downloaded and installed. I used the Intel driver support assistant and it says the driver number I have installed on the I210 is 12.15.184.1 dated 1/11/2019 and is uptodate. The driver for the i219 is 12.18.8.9 dated 1/24/2019 again uptodate. The proset utility I have , has product version 23.5.2.1. So i downloaded 23.5.2.2 and installed that and no windows device manager. on the page for the driver it states, "This download installs base drivers,Intel PROSet for Windows Device Manager*, for Intel Network Adapters with Windows 10. Notice the *... The * is next to the download for PROWin32.exe for 32-bit(x86) editions of Windows*. This indicates to me that the windows device manager is only in the 32bit version? TIA

There are No steps to do on that link. It's simply a listing of adapter parameters and what their values may be. The only link is to DOWNLOADS.

Intel® PROSet for Windows* Device Manager is a selectable component when you install generic driver and software packages from the Download Center.

So exactly what does this mean? Which drivers are the Generic drivers and software packages? that they are referring to? When I installed the latest version of my Proset drivers there was no selection entry for the Windows Device Manager.

Notice the asterisk * above? : If a configuration setting is not displayed, it's not available for your device or for your Windows* version.

Evidently the latest version of Proset does not include a windows device manager. It's a simple question folks. Where do you get the Windows Device Driver? In which Windows 10 64bit 1809 version? You have a direct download link?

I have already setup Teaming , which has issues....it works, but my NordVPN doesn't seem to like it. I have it set up for AdapterFaultTolerance when I should have set it up for AdaptiveLoadBalancing. It seems you have to rip out the entire network stack and start from scratch to do something like that.

I used these 2 commands:

New-IntelNetTeam -TeamMemberNames "Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection","Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-LM" -TeamMode AdapterFaultTolerance -TeamName "NUKNICTeam" and this:

Set-IntelNetTeam -TeamName "NUKNICTeam" -PrimaryAdapterName "Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection" -SecondaryAdapterName "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-LM"

My objective is to install and use the Windows Device Manager . When I install PROSET it does have the option of selecting to install Windows Device Manager. Is there any information that I can provide you with ? SSU perhaps?
