Please provide the PBA number of the adapter. This would help us identify if you are using an OEM or retail version of Intel Ethernet adapter. Please refer to the link below in where to locate the PBA. It consists of 6-digit number located at the last part of the serial number.

Intel X710-T = S.N. - 943053
If you can give me the firmware update and the software to update it and guide how to update.

Thank you for providing the images as a reference. However, we were not able to locate the PBA of the adapter. Is it possible to provide full view photo of the front and back of the adapter for us to double check on it? Please also share where did you purchased it.
