verified that offloading is enabled.
However, when running
# netstat -tn
none of the connections are offloaded, they are all
# InHost
If it only displays when it works, can I check when it works?
We also ask about how to enable TCP Offload on Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2019.

For Intel Network Card, we have TCP Offload option in the advance property of the card. You may visit this link for reference.
Since you mentioned that you are using an OEM Network Card, can you share if you have contacted HP regarding this issue? HP might have customized drivers and software to enable or alter features on your system. Thus, they are in best position where you can seek assistance so you don’t lose features or customizations of the Ethernet controller.
We'd also like to clarify your questions on this request. Kindly review the statement below and confirm if these are correct
1.) How do I enable TCP Offload for Intel I350 Network Card?
2.) How to enable TCP Offload on Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2019.
3.) For your question "If it only displays when it works, can I check when it works?", do you also mean "How to know if TCP Offload is enabled
Please also provide the System Support Utility log of your system. This will allow us to check your Adapter details and configuration. Kindly refer to the steps below.
a- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/91600/Intel-System-Support-Utility
b- Open SSU.exe
c- Mark the box "Everything" and then click "Scan".
d- When finished scanning, click "Next".
e- Click on "Save" and attach the file to a post.
