How to change the intel I211 iNVM LED mode ?

I want to change the intel I211 iNVM LED mode. 

Now : 

// working 1Gb - Amber color, 100Mb - Green color

(I211_Invm_NoAPM_v0.6.txt)

; Non-default LED Configuration - Uncomment the following lines and set the values for the LED configuration.
; WALD 0x1C = 0x0784 PCIE_RST ; LED1 Config
; WALD 0x1F = 0x0706 PCIE_RST ; LED0,2 Config

What I want :

// working 1Gb & 100Mb both Green color 

-> So I put the parameter like below.

  WALD 0x1F = 0x0202 PCIE_RST ; LED0,2 Config

but, the LED0 & LED2 are not turning on when change the iNVM and booting.

Could you guide how to change LED0 & LED2 working 1Gb & 100Mb samely to Green color ?
