How to config cir for PF?

HI

I want to config cir (Committed Information Rate) for PF，and config eir (Excess Information Rate) for VF, how can i do this?

Thank you for posting at Wired communities.Can you provide more information about the physical function and virtual function setup? What is the operating system used and other relevant information about your setup.

From what I understand CIR refers to the maximum bandwidth allocated for the network to run in a normal condition.
