I have got 2 Intel X520-DA2 cards, they do not work anymore. But when i use the warranty tool it doesn't recognize the serial numbers.
Could somebody tell me what to do?
The serial numbers are:
001B21A48AAC 101AD E66560-004
001B21A58290 111AD E66560-004
