I am interested in setting flow directors on my NIC card and following the instruction at link: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/setting-up-intel-ethernet-flow-director However the ethtool command is throwing the following error:

[root@l2dev5g test-pmd]# ethtool --config-ntuple p2p2 flow-type tcp4 src-ip 10.23.4.6 dst-ip 10.23.4.18 action 1

rmgr: Invalid RX class rules table size: Operation not supported

Cannot insert classification rule

[root@l2dev5g test-pmd]#

Hi Michael I was not able to post the question to DPDK Support. I was taken to “Intel® Premier Support Access” – but my login failed with following error. You don't have Access to IPS.
