I have the I226-V and I am very disappointed with it, in 10 minutes it dropped 6 times. In 1 hour it dropped 48 times. I want to play online games and due to the dropouts it is costing me money spent for game coins to have them lost when the ethernet controller drops. I am seriously thinking about going to a different brand. I have had computers for well over 20 years and this ethernet device is the pits. I know it is not the internet because it does not drop on my other computers. I have not been able to find an ID tag on the back of the computer for the ethernet device.
