My computer configuration is as follows:
CPU: 13 Generation 13900K
Motherboard: ROG MAXIMUS Z790 EXTREME
I posted a longer video on bilibili to illustrate, the network jitter issue. I think it's a very serious problem.
I would like to get the official stable I226-V NIC driver from intel.
Currently only Windows 10 systems will have, the network jitter issue.
Tested, WIndows1 doesn't have the network jitter problem.

Hello @if,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
Kindly provide the following information for us to check on your issue.
1.) System Support Utility(SSU) log of your system. This will allow us to check your Adapter details and configuration. This would also help us identify if you are using an OEM or retail version of Intel Ethernet Adapter. Kindly refer to the steps below.
a- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 and download the software.
b- Open SSU.exe
c- Mark the box "Everything" and then click "Scan".
d- When finished scanning, click "Next".
e- Click on "Save" and attach the file to a post.
2.) When the issue started happening?
3.) Any software or hardware changes happened recently?
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

Thank you very much for your enthusiastic reply.
There have been many problems but I couldn't stand the pain of the Windows 10 I226 network drive any longer and I have replaced it with Windows 11 which is now running fine.
The following configuration information, I scanned in Windows 11.

Hello @if,
Thank you for sharing the log and information.
Please be informed that I can only support you in English. I have used a web translation tool to translate some info from https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1SN41187pX/, there may be some inaccurate translation.
1) May I know if you were testing the continuous pings rate for each refresh with different settings of I226-V from device manager in windows 10? May I seek your help to elaborate the contents and settings in English for better understanding.
- Intel has recently update with the latest Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack 28.2: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15084/785512/intel-ethernet-adapter-complete-driver-pack.html?cache=1691188226
- Since the Intel® Ethernet Controller I226-V is embedded on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Asus system, it's best to check with the manufacturer as the software drivers linked from Intel page are generic versions, and can be used for general purposes. To avoid any potential installation incompatibilities on OEM system, Intel recommends checking with the OEM and use the software provided via system manufacturer.
2) Based on the log given by you, which in Windows 11 and doesn't have the network jitter problem. It has latest driver: 2.1.3.15 for Intel® Ethernet Controller I226-V. May I ask where you get this driver from or how you update it?
Looking forward to your response.

I have tested both the I226 and the Marvell AQtion 10Gbit network drives and they are the same performers.
I'm not sure if it's a problem with the network drive, or the motherboard, or the system, but anyway, what's happening now I'm reacting in windows as well. The motherboard manufacturer also reacted. Including the intel forums now I have responded to all of them as well

Hello @if,
I hope this message finds you well. As previously noted, you ran some tests and found that the network jitter issue only affected Windows 10, whereas Windows 11 was free of the issue. The latest driver: 2.1.3.15 from your system most likely fix the issue with latest embedded configuration.
From the Asus' forum <https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/intel-700-600-series/drivers-intel-ethernet-wifi-bluetooth/td-p/878985> : The latest Drivers - I225/I226 - Windows 11 : 2.1.3.15 WHQL [29/06/2023].
Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Hello @if,
To help us understand your intentions properly, please provide more details about your existing testing setup.
Please supply the link and mention the driver you used. Since Windows 10 is the primary platform where the problem was found, you should update all drivers supporting Windows 10 in addition to the Asus driver listed above.
Important note: Since the Intel® Ethernet Controller I226-V is embedded on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) / Asus system, it's best to check with the manufacturer as the software drivers linked from Intel page are generic versions, and can be used for general purposes.
