Before asking questions, I have read the datasheet of X710, which is undoubtedly a very valuable document. But for me, there is still a lot of work to develop software through datasheet.
I found the relevant code on github(GitHub - dmarion/i40e:Intel i40e 驱动程序(官方 tarball 中的 git 存储库)), but this code is developed based on linux. Is there a reference design based on windows?

Message: AADSTS90072: User account '530950105@qq.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application 'https://saml.salesforce.com.crm.ipsportal'(Salesforce Cloud_CRM_Sales_Pipeline_IPS) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account。
Can you help me solve this problem?
