Hi Fieldben,
Thank you for the post. Can you help clarify if you are referring two different X520-DA2 here on separate server? Is there any way you can get the complete serial # of both network adapters?
The serial number can be found on the white sticker on the NIC (90E2BA0DE616 + 5 digits + 6 digits - 3 digits) Thanks.
Are both network adapters connecting to the same switch ?

I am installing oracle RAC system,it include two servers that use shared storage.I use CNA connect to SAN instead of HBA.The switch is brocade VDX6740.When servers connected to switch,it can not distinguish two CNA.

Hi Fieldben,
Good day. Please help provide below information for better investigation:
1. dmesg log from both servers.
2.
"ifconifg -a" output from both servers.
3.
"flogi database" output from Brocade switch.
Please try latest driver version 4.4.6 to see if problem persist? Latest driver is available https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/14687/Network-Adapter-Driver-for-PCI-E-Intel-10-Gigabit-Ethernet-Network-Connections-under-Linux-
Please feel free to update me. Thanks.
