I had to uninstall my driver and reinstall but the version is for windows 10. The tool to detect what you need leads me to download the wrong version. I've been trying to manually download but I've been unsuccessful. Your company contact # has had me on hold over 2 hours today while trying to get someone on the phone for a little help. I've used two phone at once to get through and to no avail I've had no success. Please be kind and allow me to speak to someone or please send me a direct link for the correct version. I have a ASUS with an Intel core i3-4150 processor.
