I211 GIGABIT NETWORK error

So I've upgraded the driver to v13 and I get "window error 37." I have tried everything I can think of. I even tried rolling back to v12 and instead I get " ethernet doesn't have a ip configuration".
I have a msi 570 pro carbon gaming wifi mobo, if anyone could help I would appreciate it so much

1. Can you share about your driver information and version.
2. Can you share to us how did you update the driver?
3. Have you tried with the drivers from the computer manufacturer?

You might download and try to re-install the driver from MSI support site.
