Hello. I have been dealing with a problem for about a month. I own an MSI Z390 Tomahawk motherboard with 2 Ethernet ports. The issue I'm experiencing occurs on both Ethernet ports. When I run certain programs (e.g., PUBG, SpaceEngineers, etc.), my internet connection keeps dropping intermittently. Upon checking the event logs, I see it gives Warning #27, and this warning repeats 3-4 times. This issue occurs not only when I'm using programs but also sometimes randomly, typically at least once a day. Could this be related to the router? Is there a way to determine if the problem is computer-related? What kind of things can I try on my computer? Additionally, I have another computer in my house. It's an older computer with an ASUS H61M-LE motherboard, and I haven't observed such an issue on that computer.

Hello. I couldn't receive your message because notification emails were going to the spam folder. I solved my problem with a new cable. However, I have no idea about the cable's relevance to the issue because when I connected the old cable to another computer, everything worked fine. Still, thank you.
