Hi,
ich have a new mainboard with onboard Intel I217-V Network adapter. My Problem ist that the network connection on the adapter says that there is no cable present but it is and the powerline adapter and cable are ok (tried with another pc).
Is there a powersaving feature that i have to disable to get it working with powerline Adapters ?
Best regards,
Thomas

Does no one know about the problem ?
After a certain time when the PC ist off and nothing is connected to the powerline adapters it goes to standby.
the intel I-217V cant awake the powerline adapter so i have to disconnect my networkcable from the i-217V and put it in a normal gigabit switch then the powerline Adapter wakes up and then i can put the cable back in the i217v and it works
i have disabled all options under powersaving but i dont know anymore what else to change to get ist working without using the switch.
