In the Intel 100 series Chipset PCH documentation, under the Integrated GbE controller section, the following features of the ethernet controller are mentioned:
1. "Configurable receive and transmit data FIFO, programmable in 1 KB increments"
2. "Descriptor ring management hardware for transmit and receive"
3. "Supports 9018 bytes of jumbo packets"
I do not see any configuration registers related to the above, both in the "Intel® 100 Series and Intel® C230 Series Chipset Family Platform Controller Hub (PCH) Datasheet" and in the "Intel® Ethernet Connection I219" datasheet.
Is the information for configuring the aforementioned features not available to the public? Or am I looking at the wrong document? Please point me to the right resource!
