As the title states, it isn't running at the 1Gbps speed. It says Intel(R) PROSet Version: 21.0.504.0

Just curious - is there a switch that you are connected to that might be 100mbps, or in need of a reset? Just a thought.

It is connected to a DIR-655 D-Link switch which is 1Gbps.

Dear randavis,

Thank you for contacting Intel.

It looks like incompatibility with the auto-negotiation of port speed. Please try to check with Dlink* if there are any advance settings you can configure on the ports. You may also try to force the speed at 1 Gbps on switch and adapter ports.

We look forward to your test results.

Sincerely,

Sandy

Dear randavis,

Thank you for your updates.

Please try the driver supplied by Asus* for your motherboard model. We recommend users to use these drivers for better compatibility since they were tested on your motherboard model.

In case you continue to experience the same issue, please contact Dlink* support to further check on your router's port settings.

Hope this is helpful.
