I350-T4 - Driver Features Missing - pci\ven_8086&dev_1521&subsys_00a18086

Hello,

I have an issue with I350 Quad port NIC with driver version 20.7. The following features are missing on port 1,2 and 3:

• *WakeOnPattern
• *WakeOnMagicPacket
• ReduceSpeedOnPowerDown
• *PMNSOffload
• *PMARPOffload

On port 0 are the missing features available.

Do somebody knows something about that issue.

There are the XML files needed for further analysis

On I350-T4 (pci\ven_8086&dev_1521) everything is fine and the features are available on all ports.

Hi Matthias2063, I've downloaded the attached XML files and not able to locate the system details, please try to upload them again. the normal XML file size from system support utilty is around 40KB. Thanks.

Hi Vince,

both XML files contain the I350 adapter parameters and also installed driver versions. What system information do you need? The underlying operating system is a Windows Server 2012 R2 with Hyper-V role enabled.

And the only question is: Why does the I350 - E1521PM has the 5 options (*WakeOnPattern, *WakeOnMagicPacket, ReduceSpeedOnPowerDown, *PMNSOffload, *PMARPOffload) available only on port 0 and the I350 - E1521 has the 5 options available on port 0, 1, 2 and 3.

Hi Matthias, when I opened the attached XML files in browser, it only appears - 1.2.0.58 05.20.2016 00:00:16.1410826. Not able to find the i350 parameters and other details.

There was a missing closing tag within the xml file.

Now is the correct file uploaded.

Hi Matthias, after further checking, missing features is due to wake-On-LAN only supported in port 0.
