The configuration is: Switch - Mikrotik CRS504-4XQ - DAC: Mikrotik XQ+BC0003-XS+ and Ethernet Card on Windows 2019 Driver Version: 1.12.148.0 INT E810 10/25GbE SFP28 Adptr Part Number: P08443-B21
Problem is, cannot get connected 25G, no link,
But 10G work well,
Can u pls help ?

1. Please provide the System Support Utility (SSU) log of your system. This will allow us to check your Adapter details and configuration. Kindly refer to the steps below.

2. Update the firmware to the latest version. Download the latest version
3. Update the drivers to the latest version. Download the latest version
3. Follow the "Optimizing Performance" guide on page 55 in Adapter User Guide for Intel® Ethernet Adapters
