Intel 82575EB lock at 10Mbps ?

Two of these cards running on server 2003 sp2 in an IBM X3630 M3 7377. Set to autonegotiate. Will not go higher than 10 Mbps.

Thoughts?

I would check the switch configuration.

You can do a direct connection from port to port and see what they link at to confirm the functionality of the devices.
