Intel 82583V,RJ45

The product Intel82583V has 8 PHY pins and the pins is bi-directional, I want to know these 8 pins how to connect to the RJ45 after a transformer.

I see the RJ45'S connect method is that the pin4,pin5,pin7 and pin8 don't use.
