I downloaded E810_NVMUpdatePackage_v4_40.zip, but when I run it, it fails.

I've read other similar posts where support asks if there are any Yottamark or BradyID stickers on the adapter. I don't see anything like that. (See attached photos)

I am not sure where we got this card, so I am unsure if it is retail or OEM. Judging from the bent bracket, I think this card may be used.
Also, what type of connector is this for the GPS antenna? My antenna's connector doesn't seem to fit, so I need to buy an adapter.
