Intel Ethernet ALB Bug with Microsoft Failover Clustering in 2008R2

A few of us users on Server Fault seem to have run into a bug with Microsoft failover clustering when Teaming ALB is enabled. What seems to happen is that sometimes after the virtual is moved from a server and transfered to another, the moment cluster ip address has a conflict with another cluster node on the network.

If the NIC Teaming is disable,the error will no happen.

Any ideas?
