Intel Ethernet Adapter E810 CQA2 cannot detect in DELL R640 Server

We are having a problem detecting the card in our DELL R640 Server running in Ubuntu 18. Server BIOS and Firmwares of the servers are in the latest update.  The driver of this card is installed using the complete pack in https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22283/Intel-Ethernet-Adapter-Complete-Driver-Pack?wapkw=Intel%C2%AE%20Ethernet%20Controller%20E810-C

On lspci we can see only.

5e:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Device 1592 (rev 01)
5e:00.1 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Device 1592 (rev 01)

Does anybody have an idea what is the fix?

You might need to update the firmware on the adapter if it is running a pre-production NVM version.

I hope you are having a good day. I just want to check if you tried our last recommendations. And also, let me just add that you may contact the manufacturer of the board to compatibility and check if they have steps on how to detect PCI network cards.
