Intel Ethernet Communication (10) I219-V Internet speed

My Intel NUC pc has a onboard Intel Ethernet Communication (10) I219-V.

This adapter should reach a download speed up to 1000mbps.

However it only reaches about 500mbps. download. The upload speed is fine 930mbps.

I have tried a lot of solutions mentioned in this forum, but nothing seems to work.

All other devices connected to this Internet-connection are working fine on full speed.

Does anyone has a solution for me?
