Intel Ethernet Connection (12) I129-V not compatible with windows 10

Hi my PC is currently running windows 11 and I want to downgrade to windows 10 because of problems related to secure boot. My PC has windows 10 installed originally but when I try to downgrade it just says the device isn't compatible. I decided to install using an usb stick and there's no internet, checking device manager the device isn't showing up and replaced by a ethernet device(I don't remember) and yellow mark. the drivers installer says that it cant find the device so I installed. Please help
