Please let me know if the ULP tool was able to resolve the code 10 error on your I218-LM?
Just to double check, what is the operating system used on these Dell laptops? Is there any ! mark in the device manager?
Have you tried using the driver posted on Intel's website for the I218-LM( Please note this is just generic version which we do not guarantee 100% compatibility)
