Hello panchuane,
Thank you for the quick reply. Since you are using an onboard X552 network card on a SuperMicro system, it is best to contact them on how to update the firmware of the network card. The reason for that is each system has their own file and they have different procedures on how to update the firmware. Just to add, you can use Intel's NVM firmware update file on OEM network card and vice versa because it may damage the card.
At this point, the best support team is the manufacturer of your system. Please contact them for further assistance. You may start on this link and click on support.
