Intel® Ethernet Inspector fro E823 (Xeon-D LCC)

The Use Guide Rev4.3 does not support E823. Which one is similar? X710/X722/X553/E810/X552?

I set it up with an E810 and I can't send a 10G-SFI-DA test pattern.

The operating system I am using is Windows 10. Do I need to download WinPython 2.7.10.3?
