HI Hijke,
Thank you for the information. What is the brand and model of your PC and the medical device? So you mean when you connect your PC to the medical device, this message pops up?
What is the network adapter model on your current PC? Looking forward to your reply to better assist you.

sharon

Hi Hijke,
Thank you for the information. We only have CT desktop adapter available on our website , https://ark.intel.com/products/family/46827/Intel-Gigabit-Desktop-Adapters, you might want to double check with the medical device if they are referring to CT desktop adapter.
Thanks,
sharon
